Here's my latest published Truth Test on a ballot initiative in the state. The article actually covers two ads, one for and one against Amendment 58. There is some controversy as to whether the initiative is a tax hike, or if it repeals a tax subsidy.
Sounds like edge-of-your-seat kind of stuff, right?
The real interesting part, actually, is that the amendment refers to something that isn't quite a tax hike (for most people), but isn't exactly a tax subsidy, either.
